Video or audio recording of any sessions is NOT permitted under any circumstances. Anyone recording will be asked to leave the premises and will forfeit all payments.

The following payment, cancellation and refund policy applies for all San Diego Veterinary Dental Training Center Courses.

Paid Training or CE Courses

Payment is required in order to register for a course

When registering for a training course, please be aware that cancellations or changes are subject to the following:

Cancellations

• 60+ days prior: 90% Refund.
• 15-59 days prior: 50% Refund.
• 14 days or less prior: No Refund.

Changing Class Dates

Moving to a new date incurs the following fees to change courses:

• 60+ days prior: Cost of new course + 10% Administrative fee
• 15-59 days prior: Cost of new course + 50% Refund.
• 14 days or less prior: No changes, no refund.

To cancel or request a refund you must contact toni@vdspets.com with your name, date of course and cancellation request.

Free CE Courses

Due to limited space and the popularity of free CE events, no-shows, without a cancellation prior to the event are subject to being ineligible to attend future free CE events.

Cancellation of your space is required at least two days prior to the event. To cancel please email hello@vdspets.com immediately.
